Job description:
Wage: $20/hr
Hours: 40hrs/wk
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Job Duties:
- Develop curriculum and prepare teaching materials, documents and outlines for courses;
- Prepare and mark assignments and tests to evaluate students’ study progress and learning abilities;
- Meet with new students and provide an assessment test to help placing new students in suitable levels;
- Assisting marketing team in recruiting new students and provide appropriate feedback on the students;
- Participating in marketing events and develop new curriculum plans;
- Devising, writing and producing new materials;
- Classroom management;
- Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
Requirement:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin;
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma required;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in teaching and tutoring is preferred;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics or other related filed is a plus.
