Kin Kao Song is a group of young entrepreneurs operating an intimate, modern Thai restaurant. We are currently hiring full-time, permanent 2 Cooks for our food service. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Work location: 317 E Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V5T 1W5
Wage and benefit: $17.00/hr~$19.00/hr (depending on experience), 30-36hr/wk, 4% paid vacation.
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience or completion of equivalent in accredited training program for (Ethnic) food

Job duties:
-Prepare and cook complete meal course or individual dishes using recipes and food products for Thai food
-Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and oversee kitchen operations
-Maintain records of food, inventory, supplies, and equipment or order supplies
-Clean work area and kitchen and maintain workstation clean
-Maintain food inventory, and supervise kitchen helpers
-May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
