 Moonrise Construction Ltd.  located in Abbotsford, BC is delivering high quality residential and commercial services for all kinds of new construction and renovations in Lower Mainland since 2008.  The company is currently looking for 2 full time Siding Installers for their growing team.

Position: Siding Installer

Number of positions: 2

Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Work location(s): Various locations in Lower Mainland (BC) and/or as per company’s contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, diagrams or work order specifications.
• Determine layout, and installation procedures.
• Erect and install scaffolding, and other working platforms.
• Measure, and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
• Install siding as per specifications and schematics for building using hand and power tools.
• Cuts and trims material to shape when fitting siding around windows or corners, using knife, shears, or portable power saw.

Salary & Benefits

          Salary: $24.00 per hour

          Hours: 35 hours per week

          Vacation: 4% of gross salary

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in related field would be an asset.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
