Position: Taxi Driver (NOC 7513)

Education: No specific Education Required, High School Certificate will be an asset
Experience: Some Experience of safe driving will be an asset.
Credentials: Class 4 BC Driver’s License.
Positions Available: 10
Work Locations: Terrace, BC.
Business Location: 4449 Lakelse Ave, Terrace, BC, V8G 1P1
Job Duties:
- Pick up passengers and drive them to destinations in taxicabs.
- Assist passengers with luggage and in boarding vehicles.
- Collect fare from the passengers.
- Maintain the travel logs and record cash and credit transactions.
- Clean and make minor repairs to vehicle or take vehicle for servicing.
- Provide basic tourist information.
- May provide pick up and delivery services on request.
- Operate two-way radios.
Transportation/Travel Information:
- Driver Abstract, Driver Record Check.
- Valid Driver’s License
Work conditions and Physical Capabilities:
