• Salary: $17.00/ hour
• Vacancies: 2 vacancies
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 40 hours / week

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, physically demanding, Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Handling heavy loads, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines.

SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies,
• Ensure food service and quality control,
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,
• Prepare and submit reports,
• Prepare food order summaries for chef,
• Supervise and check assembly of trays,
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish methods to meet work schedules,
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures,
• Prepare budget and cost estimates,
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
