The position is fulltime/ Permanent $24.00/hour. Applicant should have completed a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field OR have completed two years (first level) of a recognized professional accounting program (e.g., Chartered Accounting, Certified General Accounting) OR courses in accounting or bookkeeping combined with 2-3 years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk. The appliocant must have good knowledge of Quick Books and MS Excel. Language of work will be English.
Job duties involve to Post journal entries, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, prepare trial balance of books, calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, reconcile accounts, prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
