Job description:

Tropical farm Market & Meats, BC, is currently looking for Two Retail Butchers, Who could join immediately. The following are the requirements for the job:

Work Location: 11190 84 Ave Delta, BC Canada

Wage: $24.00 / hour
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 40 hours/week
Start date: As soon as possible
Language: English
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cut carcasses, sides and quarters.
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• Remove bones from meat.
• Cut poultry into parts.
• Clean and prepare fish and shellfish.
• Cut fish into steaks and fillets.
• Grind meats.
• Slice cooked meats.
• Prepare special displays of meat, poultry and fish products.

Skill requirements:

No Education Required

Experience: 1 to 2 years of related field
