Following are your Job Duties as a Marketing Manager:

At Dagna we’re excited to announce that we have partnered with various local and global companies in Vaping and are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager for our location in Hamilton, Ontario. As the Marketing Manager, you’re the key to our success! You’re an inspiring leader who knows how to build, mentor, and grow a successful, highly motivated team of fantastic sales store associates. You’re passionate, driven, and excited about working for one of the world’s most popular vape brands. Reporting to the Owners, you’ll make sure your location/s are running efficiently and expertly. You’ll have an opportunity to build a great team while managing operations and maximizing profitability.

A little more about the role:

• Build, manage and grow a team of winning sales associates
• This role requires a work hard, play hard attitude: “win at all costs (well…almost), and have fun while you’re doing it”
• Manage all aspects of store operations
• Grow sales month over month ·        
• Manage inventory to ensure proper resupply of goods
• Establish clear, challenging, achievable goals for the store and sales team
• Strong understanding of retail store operations, merchandising and customer service

Following are your Key Performance Areas:

·         Team Management:

o   Hiring, coaching, and leading a team of successful salespeople   

o   The knowledge that when your team is successful, you are successful - your leadership style should reflect this

·         Customer Service

o   Always deliver exceptional service, identify, and satisfy customer needs, and manage the operational success

·         Managerial Skills

o   Accurate management of budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics

o   Eye for details, results-focused, problem solver with a demonstration of ability to successfully manage multiple priorities

 Job Details

Salary: $46.00 / hour

Location: 10 Brucedale Ave W, Hamilton, ON L9C 2Y6

Vacancies: 1

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 35 hours/week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Overtime, Day
