Job description:

Position: Bookkeeper (NOC 12200)

Position available: 01

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)

Wage: $ 26.50 to 27.50 per hour, for 40 hours per week

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Location: 7883 116A Street Delta, British Columbia V4C 6V6

Education: High school required, diploma in accounting, bookkeeping or related field an asset.

Experience:  1-2 years of relevant experience

Language: English

Job duties:

• Post journal entries and maintain general ledgers.
• Prepare trial balance and other financial statements.
• Calculate and process payrolls, utility, and other bills.
• Coordinate receivable, payable and report financial results on a regular basis to management.
• Record and maintain financial records.
• Prepare tax returns, reports and perform other personal bookkeeping services.
• Coordinate with others to ensure proper planning and execution of business plans of the organization.

Knowledge of Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
