Job Description
Surinderpal Singh Gosal DBA Surinderpal S Gosal Farm located at 8774 Highway 97 Lake Country, BC, Canada V4V 1S8 is currently hiring two general farm workers to work on their farm as soon as possible.
Job Duties
· Pruning
· Racking
· Weeding
· Thinning
· Harvesting various fruits (ex. Cherry, apple, peach, piers etc.)
· Use of an orchard ladder
· Pick row and orchard crops
· Planting new trees and vines
· Fertilizing crops
· Tying wires
· Removing leafs from vines for sun exposure
· Tucking vines between wires
· Installing new orchard irrigation and repairing old irrigation, with instructions from farmer
· Adhere to and the environmental, health & safety policies of farm
· Loading produce into trucks and trailers
