Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Wages: $ 29.00 Hourly
Work hours: 30 hours per week
Job Location: 9920 63 Ave. SW Suite 130, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 0G9
Positions Available: 1
Start date of employment: ASAP
Language: English (required), Mandarin ( Preferred)
Minimum Education: Successful completion of high school is required.
Post-secondary diploma (college level) in business or public administration is preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of work experience required in a similar role or administrative job
Job Description:
• Respond to general inquiries through E-mail.
• Manage and sort office documents and clients' files.
• Organize and manage schedules and calendars for clients, staff, and managers
• Receive payment and issue invoices to the clients.
• Plan and manage event
• Set work priority and assign work to other workers in the office.
• Maintain client database in the company system.
• Prepare reports and manuals according to the management.
• Advise staff and management about office administration procedures.
• Order office supplies.
• Organize office space.
• Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
