JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Subway located at 200 King Street East, Gananoque, Ontario is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Restaurant Supervisor. JOB DUTIES:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff
- Requisition ingredients & supplies based on set par levels
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Ensure that food and service meet Subway standards
- Ensure kitchen staff adheres to recipes & portion sizes to meet the Brand Standards
- Assist manager in preparing weekly staff schedules.
- Train new employees in job duties, health, hygiene & safety standards as per company policy.
- Counting and balancing of cash sheets and floats.
- Maintain records of sales, stocks, wastage, breakage & repairs
- Resolve any guest concerns.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to ensure a safe work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 6-months or more
- Education: High School
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Wages: $16/hour
- 30-45 hours/week
