Job Description:

●       Order, sell and authorize return of merchandise

●       Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

●       Authorize payments

●       Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandise and personal matters

●       Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cashiers and people working on the store

●       Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortage

●       Organize and maintain inventory

●       Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

●       Perform diagnosis, trouble shoot and repairs on products

●       Formulate pricing policies and ensure that they are correct

●       Determine daily coupons and offers based on the store’s revenues

●       Coach, counsel, recruit and train employees

●       Evaluate on-the-job performance and preside over staff meetings

●       Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers

●       Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed

●       Approve contracts with vendors

●       Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios

●       Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards

●       Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning

●       Ensure that standards for quality, customer service and health and safety measures are met

●       Monitor local competitors

●       Ensure hours of operation are in compliance with local laws

●       Opening or closing the store and supervise its cleanliness

●       Organize and distribute staff schedules

●       Help the staff to achieve the company’s sales objectives

●       Manage different departments within the store

●       Answer to customers’’ enquiries about the products and supervise the product deliveries

●       Explain complex technical issues to customers in an understandable manner

●       Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards

●       Answer store’s phone calls

●       Maintain an accurate record of customer’s information and a real-time status of each repair



- Education: Completion of high school is required

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a cellphone repair store supervisor or as a retail salesperson

- Bachelor degree level qualification in business or similar field is an asset

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and attention to detail

Personal Suitability: Organizedflexibility, accurate, effective interpersonal skills, client focus, team player, reliability.

-Valid driver’s license is an asset


Salary: $20.84 to $22.00 hourly, 40 to 44 hours per week



Extended medical insurance, commission based on the store’s sales, dental insurance, Group insurance, life insurance and vision care insurance. Transportation provided from one store to the other or mileage paid are also provided. If the worker needs to relocate, travel expenses will be covered by the employer.


Important Information:

-Flexibility in schedule is required, most common work schedule is Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Occasionally on weekends. The work location will change between the three stores according to the business’ needs. Overtime may be required
