Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities for One Available Position: General Manager
- Determine the company's mission and strategic direction
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments to expand products and services
- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Establish financial and administrative controls along with formulating and approving other promotional campaigns
- Establish and Approve overall human resources planning to meet companies vision
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Forecast, maintain and allocate budgets for accross hierarchical verticals
- Control and optimize recurring expenses; establish reusability patterns to reduce evolving design costs
Salary and Work details:
- $63.50/hr with minimum 30 hours per week
- $95.25/hr is the overtime Rate which starts after accumulative 44 hours in a week
- 4% of gross pay is considered as holiday pay
Other Job Details:
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Full time permanent role in the company
