Salary: $18.00 / hour

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year or more of experience in food industry
Work Condition and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Food Safety Certificate
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Work Location Information: Relocation costs covered by employer

Specific skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Prepare and submit reports, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, Establish work schedules
