Job Description:
- Check staff punctuality and monitor staff performance;
- Supervise staff performance; assign duties; explain responsibilities, and work stations when necessary;
- Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing products;
- Maintain clean store and assign tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards;
- Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as per Booster Juice’s standard;
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys;
- Balance cash and complete sheets, cash reports, reconciliation and related forms;
