1 Full-time permanent Cook ( NOC 6322 ) position available at 2218769 Ontario Inc., located at 3450 Ridgeway Drive suite 9 Mississauga, ON, L5L 0A3

MAIN DUTIES:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,

Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies,

Inspect kitchens and food service areas,

Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,

Order supplies and equipment,

Supervise kitchen staff and helpers,

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,

Clean kitchen and work areas,

Recruit and hire staff,

Organize and manage buffets and banquets,

Manage kitchen operations

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum one year of experience in related field.
• May require to work on flexible schedule: early mornings, late evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers
• Must be punctual, reliable and comfortable to work in fast pace environment.

 SALARY OFFERED :

$16 per hour for 40 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
