Job description:

Assigned tasks

• Own the marketing and sales team, be responsible for annual marketing plan
• Stay focused to consistently win new clients for staffing services.
• Recruit and maintain a pipeline of candidates for all roles within the Agency to ensure staffing plans are achieved.
• Lead, coach, motivate and mentor staff ensuring their ability to reach their full potential.
• Develop, recommend and implement rigorous and consistent business plans as well as client retention strategies.
• Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials
• Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
• Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other employees, such as senior directors and managers, and ensuring a healthy working environment.
• Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
• Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, is required
• 5 years or more experience in marketing, preferably with a staffing or a services firm is required.
• Proficient in English language (verbal& written)
• Possess budgetary responsibility $500,001 - $1,500,000
• Ability to supervise 5-10 people
• Must have knowledge of MS Access; MS Office
• Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Initiative, Team player, Accurate & Organized

$63.75 hourly for 30 hours per week
