Quality Assurance Analyst

Wages: C$24.00/hr (40hrs/Wk.) Permanent full-time with Health Care Plan.

Work location: # North York, ON M3C 3N6

Employment requirement:

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years

- Languages: English

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer interactions (voice and emails)
• Conduct training based on the business needs.
• Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices
• Provide coaching feedback to agents in a constructive and empathetic manner.
• Provide business leaders with insights on key trends identified in the QA process
• Adopt and use multiple techniques of evaluation ranging from listening to calls and reviewing email transcripts
