Job description:
- Manage the operation and functioning of the store.
- Supervise and oversee the function of the subordinate staff.
- Prepare work schedules for the support staff.
- Make necessary arrangements to hire and train new staff.
- Ensures that the customers are attended to promptly and proactively by the support staff.
- Improvise and implement methods to increase the sale of the convenience store like suggestive selling.
- Entertain, answer, and resolve customers’ queries and complaints concerning products.
- Ensures that all the promotional schemes running at the Store are properly displayed and customers are promptly and proactively informed about the promotions at the cash counter.
- Maintain sufficient inventories at the store and order them accordingly to make shelves well stocked.
Job Requirements:
- No degree, certificate or diploma
- Previous experience in related services would be an asset.
- Customer Focus, Attention to Detail, and working in a fast-paced environment
