Job Duties:
• Coordinate with teams like physiotherapy, reception, and billing to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and manage staff schedules, workflows, and appointment procedures.
• Supervise the team and administrative department in their tasks
• Assist patients in understanding their billing statements and charges.
• Identify staff training needs, focusing on customer service and computer skills.
• Prepare reports on operations, workflow, and staff performance for management.
• Train and support customer service staff on communication and clinic procedures.
• Handle patient enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
