Position Overview

  • OTT Pay Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Sales Manager to plan, direct, and oversee company-wide sales operations within the financial technology and payment solutions sector.
  • The successful candidate will lead sales strategy development, manage and expand sales operations, drive merchant acquisition, and ensure sustainable revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships and regulatory compliance. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of the sales department in accordance with company objectives.
  • Lead and manage a growing sales team, including coaching, training, performance monitoring, and performance reviews.
  • Establish sales targets, control sales budgets and expenditures, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement sales policies, procedures, and operational frameworks aligned with business growth strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong focus on merchant acquisition, activation of payment devices, and expansion of digital payment solutions.
  • Lead negotiations of sales contracts and maintain long-term business relationships with corporate and merchant clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market positioning and new product offerings.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management, including performance metrics and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business networking activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a closely related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, overseeing team performance, budgets, and operational targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in the financial technology (FinTech) or payment solutions industry, particularly involving digital payment products, is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and growth objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a competitive market environment.

Language of Work

  • English: Advanced oral and written proficiency required for business communication and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive wage of CAD $62.00 per hour.
