Job Duties:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse and retail showroom.
- Manage warehouse and retail staff, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and service quality.
- Study sales reports, customer feedback, and local market trends to understand consumer demand, sales potential, and the effect of competitors pricing and promotions.
- Develop and implement local marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with the senior management to increase product visibility, attract new customers, and support wholesale partners.
- Review sales activity and inventory movement to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Oversee order processing for wholesale and retail clients, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for incoming shipments, container unloading, and distribution to clients or dealers.
- Implement company pricing, discount, and promotional strategies as directed by the senior management.
- Handle product returns, warranty requests, and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales, stock, and expenditures; prepare summary reports for senior management review.
- Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Act on behalf of management to ensure all operational, service, and sales goals are met.
- Assist in hiring and developing warehouse and retail team members to maintain effective operations
- Provide regular updates to the senior management regarding performance, staffing, and areas for improvement.
