Job Duties:
Collaborate with clients to gather, assess, and record their business and system needs.
Examine current information system workflows and recommend tailored improvements to boost efficiency and performance.
Plan, build, integrate, test, and deploy business solutions using information systems.
Offer guidance on strategies, policies, management practices, security measures, and service delivery related to information systems.
Act as a bridge between business teams, IT departments, and support groups to ensure effective coordination.
Perform thorough testing to confirm that system modifications and upgrades are accurate, dependable, and fully functional.
Requirements:
Completion of High school is required.
Post secondary education in the field is usually required.
