Working Hours: Full-Time, Permanent position (30~40 hours a week)
Wage: $25/hour
Main Duties:
Prepare and cook cuisine from the menu
Assist in planning menus and determine size of food portions
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling food
Supervise kitchen staffs
Ensure to maintain high quality of foods
Monitor and order supplies, ingredient and equipment
Oversee kitchen operations
Prepare buffets and banquets when needed
Requirements:
- 3 years of commercial cooking experience
- High school diploma or higher
- Ability to communicate in English
