Permanent Position: Front Desk Supervisor

Number of Positions: 1

Wage Rate: $25 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay

Work Location: 1590 Cliffe Ave, Courtenay, BC V9N 2K4

Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Determine work schedules and procedures
• Perform same duties as workers supervised
• Prepare and submit reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Address the complaints and claims
• Provide customer service
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Perform front desk duties
• Recruit and hire staff
• Supervise staff
• Establish work schedules

Requirements:

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and attention to detail.

Fluent in English
