Position Summary: 

Apex Food Supplies Inc. is looking for 3 Butcher - Retail or Wholesale to join its team. 

Job Details: 

Location: #100 - 1991 Savage Rd, Richmond, BC V6V 0A4 

Salary: $36.60 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week 

Employment Type: Permanent employment, Full Time 

Employment Conditions: Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day

Employment Requirements: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements: 

Languages: English 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years 

On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. 

Responsibilities: 

Tasks: 

• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
• Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Wrap and package prepared meats
• Remove bones from meat
• Weigh meats for sale
• Cut poultry into parts
• Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
• Cut fish into steaks and fillets
