Mos Mos is the new generation coffee experience. Created in 2014 in Toronto, the Mos Mos view is simple - Coffee may be common, but should never be ordinary!
Mos Mos Coffee is currently looking for a full-time Café Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies including ordering Matcha from Japan and negotiating prices
- Managing and expanding our Japanese drinks and baked goods
Skills and Experiences:
- Completion of secondary school
- Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is asset but not required.
- Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.
Language:
- Communication skills in English
Compensation and Benefit: $36.00/hour, plus tips/gratuities, staff discount, 4% Vacation Pay
