Job Description:
• Use heat equipments, mixers, and blenders to bake goods.
• Using scales, or graded containers to make batters and doughs.
• Verify each ingredient and the final result to make sure that each item matches with food safety and quality standards
• Decorate the finished goods and put them on display.
• Keeping workstations clean and stocked, as well as making sure that all equipment is cleaned and ready for the upcoming shift.
• Responsible for hiring and ongoing training and coaching of the kitchen staff.
• Keeping the inventory check and overseeing the sales of the baked goods.
• To ensure proper baking, adjust the oven's temperature.
• Create products specifically for customers according to their preferences.
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Post-secondary education in bakery field and/or a minimum of 1 year of experience is required in the same field.
