Chef – Moga Meats Inc

Location: 1098 Peter Robertson Blvd, Brampton, ON L6R 3A5
Work Location: On site
Salary: $36.00–$40.00 per hour (to be negotiated) | 30–40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Early morning, morning, day, evening, night, shift, weekend, flexible, on call, overtime available
Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook North Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure timely food preparation to meet high-volume take-out orders.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation of all menu items.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Manage proper handling, storage, and rotation of raw ingredients.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in menu planning and daily food preparation scheduling.
• Monitor food quality and make adjustments to meet customer expectations.
• Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.
• Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 1–2 years of cooking experience

• Ability to work on site; remote work is not available

• Fluent in English
