Salary: $36.00–$40.00 per hour (to be negotiated) | 30–40 hours per week

Hours: Early morning, morning, day, evening, night, shift, weekend, flexible, on call, overtime available

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook North Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure timely food preparation to meet high-volume take-out orders.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation of all menu items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Manage proper handling, storage, and rotation of raw ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in menu planning and daily food preparation scheduling.
- Monitor food quality and make adjustments to meet customer expectations.
- Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.
- Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
Requirements:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

1–2 years of cooking experience

Ability to work on site; remote work is not available
