Salary: $36 per hour for 32 - 40 hours per week
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Education: College in Cooking/Culinary
Location: 7241 Lundy's Lane, Niagara Falls, Ontario
Job Duties:
Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items
Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
Supervise activities of cooks and other kitchen workers
Prepare and cook Japanese & Thai meals and dishes listed on the menu
Determine size of food portion and monitor the inventory of food
Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Check and monitor the quality of cooked products
Oversee kitchen operations and helpers
Clean kitchen and work area and keep hygiene and safety practices
