Job description:

Blue Rose Construction Ltd. is hiring 3 steel stud framers(carpenters)
Business Location- 6160 127 Street, Surrey, BC, V3X3M6
Pay Rate - $37.50/hour, 40 hours per week
Location of work- All over lower mainland.
Education required- 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
Language- Basic English
Employment terms- Full time, Permanent
Anticipation time- As soon as possible
Duties to be performed at job:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
Preparing layouts in conformance to building codes.
Installing floor beams.
Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs and mouldings.
Sizing and cutting metal studs.
Scribe cutting lines on drywall, using straightedges and utility knife and break board along cut lines.
Estimate budgets for clients.

Environments at work place – noisy and dusty, hot and cold temperatures.

Physical capabilities required at work – bending, crouching, and kneeling, physically demanding, large workload.
