Responsibilities
Tasks
- Assist with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility support such as walking assistance, transfers, and safe use of mobility aids.
- Prepare and serve meals based on dietary requirements and preferences.
- Assist with feeding when required and ensure proper hydration.
- Administer or provide reminders for prescribed medications as directed.
- Monitor health conditions and observe any changes in physical or mental well-being.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to ensure comfort and overall well-being.
- Perform light household duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Assist with scheduling and accompanying to medical appointments when required.
- Follow care instructions and report updates or concerns to family members.
- Ensure safety at all times and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
- Maintain privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
