$19.50 an hour plus benefits.

-Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and servce food items;
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as required;
- Establish work schedules and procedures;
- Maaintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safe work procedures;
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
- Deal with cusotmer-related issues.
