Company Introduction

Golden Leaf Massage & Brow Bar is Massage Spa & Salon located in Winnipeg, MB. We offer a multitude of services including Microblading, Eyebrow Threading, Eyebrow Waxing, Waxing Hair Removal Service, Deep Tissue Massage, Sciatica Relief Massage, Sciatica Relief Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Cupping & much more. Here at Golden Leaf Massage & Brow Bar, our goal is to provide excellent service in a relaxing atmosphere for our clients.

 

We are currently looking for a Receptionist that wants to work in a fun and supportive positive environment where you can build a long-term fast-growing clientele.

 

Key Responsibility

  1. Helping to oversee the coordination of the front office activities including checking clients in & out, collections, answering phones, and scheduling.
  2. Assisting with the facilitation of the flow of the back office operations by delegating responsibilities to the assistants and massage therapists.
  3. Scheduling and helping to train new staff on the activities of the front office to ensure our standards are met.
  4. Engaging with insurance companies to verify and oversee coverage for clients as well as manage billing inquiries and resolution of insurance disputes.
  5. Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in the office, and with local businesses and third parties.
  6. Interacting with colleagues to create and enhance social media content to provide relevant information regarding holistic health practices.
  7. Attending periodic training sessions and meetings pertinent to the position.
  8. Performing all other duties as assigned by the owner or manager.

 

Qualification & Skills

  1. Completion of secondary school education is required, higher education is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 6 months' front office or administrative experience is required.
  3. Must have a professional attitude and appearance, and a customer service attitude.
  4. Solid written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
  5. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
