Overtime: As per provincial standards - $40.38 after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk

Qualification:
- License/Certificate: A valid security guard license required; Class 5 Driving License required
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate, lead and schedule security staff
- Ensure that policies and procedures are followed and make recommendations for possible improvements
- Ensure that contracted services are delivered and performed to company standards and encourage staff to put in the extra effort to provide an outstanding customer experience
- Organize and implement training regiments
- Prepare and submit daily performance, activity, progress, and incident reports
- Maintain a state of preparedness in order to handle any urgent matter without delay
- Evaluate and resolve problems and issues in a fair and reasonable manner
- Maintain Professionalism while presenting/discussing/resolving problems or issues with customers
- Demonstrate the ability to work in various environments and under a wide range of conditions
