Job description:
Wage: $36.60 per hour
Employment Type: Full time, permanent (35 hours per week)
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Specific Skills:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations of retaurant as per Mucho Burrito franchise guidelines
- Implement operational procedures including new Menu item launches and Limited Time Offerings
- Recruit staff via online ad placements and oversee training of new staff members
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Maintain contact with Mucho Burrito BC Business Consultants to ensure franchise guidelines and operations are being met accordingly
