Responsibilities
Tasks
- Manage customer infrastructure availability and performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA) and company standards.
- Manage customer relationships, coordinate on-site project delivery schedules, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service management.
- Lead, train, supervise, and participate in the recruitment of IT staff, ensuring the team has the appropriate skills and resources to support daily operations and project delivery.
- Plan, monitor, and control project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while meeting operational and client requirements.
- Identify new client technical requirements, evaluate potential solutions, and follow up on opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security measures to protect company and client information systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to implement IT projects and maintain system performance.
- Monitor system operations, evaluate daily performance, manage incidents, and implement improvements to enhance infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support.
