We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, manage staff, and contribute to overall productivity and client satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for office operations.
• Ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed efficiently.
• Train staff 1njob duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Manage office supplies and oversee inventory control processes.
• Resolve work-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain records of office activities.
• Assist in recruitment; hiring; and performance evaluations of staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide support to management by coordinating administrative activities.
Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Language: Fluent in English
Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
