Permanent Full Time Child Caregiver - Private Home wanted for Salonga’s residence at Forlee Drive NE Community in Calgary Alberta.   Wage rate is $21.00 per hour and works 30-44 hours per week.  Benefit includes 10-day vacation leave per year.  

JOB DUTIES:

• Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Shop for food and household supplies
• Follow parents’ lead with toilet training
• Change diapers, bathe, dress, and feed the child
• Sterelize bottles and prepare formulas
• Discipline child according to the methods requested by the parents
• Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Organize activities such as games and outings for the child
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Prepare child for rest periods
• Supervise and care for child in the employer's private residence
• Tend to emotional well-being of the child

Essential Skills and Personal Suitability: Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team Player, Time Management, Patience, Honesty.

Education: Completion of high school

Work experience: No experience is required as employer will train

Language of work: English
