Job description:
Location: 40 Maritime Ontario Blvd suite 31 Brampton, ON L6S 0E7
Salary: 36.00 to 40.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Duties:
- Plan, prioritize, and organize office tasks; coordinate activities with operations, dispatch, and maintenance teams.
- Supervise administrative staff, manage workloads, conduct performance reviews, and train employees on company policies and safety protocols.
- Maintain records for driver qualifications, vehicle inspections, and regulatory compliance; assist in safety training initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between drivers, dispatch, operations, clients, and vendors; ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.
- Requisition office supplies, equipment, and materials; arrange for office maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare and submit reports on office activities, team performance, deliveries, and compliance; maintain accurate records.
- Identify workflow challenges, recommend improvements, and provide guidance to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Provide post-service support to clients and vendors, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 months and up to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Windows, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with a high standard of customer service.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
