Job Duties:
- Plan and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency.

- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise employees and volunteers.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Determine staffing needs and maintain adequate coverage.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide business decisions.
- Select products and services to meet customer demand.
- Set and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Source and purchase merchandise for resale.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Supervise office operations and volunteer staff.
