SALES SUPERVISOR - RETAIL

Job Title: Sales Supervisor Retail

No. of Vacancies: 1

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Work Location:   3171 No 6 Rd. suite 100 Richmond, British Columbia V6V 1P6

Wage rate: $25.50/hour for 40 hours/week.

Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period. 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year

Language: English.

Job Duties: 

• Supervise and Co-ordinate with sales staff and cashiers.
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
• Take payments from customers and return of merchandise.
• Sell merchandise to customers, Order the inventories and prepare reports every week of sales and Cost.
• Resolve problems such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Track merchandise, order merchandise and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare proper reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Training of new sales staff.
