Job description:
1 Full-time permanent Home support worker available at Jagdev Singh’s residence located at 66 Springtown Trail, Brampton, ON, L6R 2C9, Canada:
Main Duties to be completed are as:
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and active listening
- Assist with personal hygiene and basic grooming.
- Help the client move safely within the home, including walking, sitting, and transferring
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs or restrictions
- Feed or assist with feeding as needed, while encouraging independence
- Administer medications or provide reminders as directed by a healthcare provider or nurse
- Monitor for signs of discomfort, illness, or changes in behavior, and report concerns promptly
- Perform basic health-related tasks such as changing non-sterile dressings and collecting specimens under the general direction of home care agency supervisor or nurse
- Carry out routine housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishwashing, bed making, and cleaning common areas
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols, including proper glove use and cleanliness during care activities
Education requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

$22.00 hourly / 37.5 hours per Week.
