Wage: $36.10 hourly
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Work Setting

Residential and commercial renovation sites including apartments, condominiums, office buildings, industrial and commercial facilities, private residences, schools, and retail spaces in urban areas.

Job Duties

• Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, drywall installers, painters, plumbers, tilers) during renovation and remodeling projects
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and supplies
• Prepare work areas by cleaning, measuring, marking surfaces, and setting up equipment
• Assist with demolition, drywall removal, surface preparation, and site cleanup
• Support bathroom, basement, office, and retail renovation projects
• Perform basic construction support tasks such as mixing materials and assisting with installations under supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site; remove debris and dispose of waste materials
• Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and report equipment issues
• Follow project schedules, safety procedures, and company standards
