Flourish Bakery is seeking a skilled and dependable Pastry Chef to join our team in Revelstoke, BC. The successful candidate will prepare and produce a variety of high-quality baked goods and desserts in a fast-paced café and bakery environment, ensuring consistent quality and food safety standards.
Job Duties:
- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
- Create and develop new pastry recipes
- Prepare and cook specialty baked goods and items for events
- Plan menus and ensure quality standards
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare products for customers with food allergies or dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Operate baking equipment safely
