Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all services meet established hospitality, food quality and brand standards.

• Assist in planning, organizing and supervising the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience.

• Implement and maintain operational procedures and service standards in accordance with company policies and brand guidelines.

• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and training of team members to maintain a skilled and customer-focused workforce.

• Prepare staff schedules, assign duties and monitor employee performance to ensure smooth operations during all shifts.

• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate ordering of food, beverages and supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation and workplace health and safety regulations.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

• Monitor operational performance indicators such as food costs, labour costs and waste control, and ensure adherence to company performance targets.

• Support marketing initiatives, local promotions and community engagement activities as directed by the brand or management.

 

 

Job Details:

Salary: $57000 annually

Full-time & Permanent position

 

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the food service industry is required.
  • College/CEGEP  is required.
  • People skills
  • Able to manage priorities.
  • Customer oriented

 

Language Requirements

  • Verbal and written efficiency in English
