The successful candidate will oversee daily farm operations, coordinate farm workers, and ensure production standards, safety procedures, and crop management practices are maintained to support efficient farm production.

Job Duties
• Negotiate with clients for the provision of farm services
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Hire and train staff
• Oversee harvesting and production activities to ensure quality and efficiency

• Storage and silage systems
