Salary: $28.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff.
- Inspect marina facilities, buildings, and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing duties such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and waste removal when required.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Establish work schedules and assign tasks to cleaning staff.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
