Wage rate: $21/hour for 40 hours per week.

Education: High School.

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years of experience.

Language: English.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers 
• Oversee kitchen operations 
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment 
• May set up and oversee buffets 
• Clean kitchen and work area 
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• May hire and train kitchen staff 

Additional Skills: Working with others, problem solving, decision making, continuous learning.
